The Horizon Indoor Electric Festival, formally known as the JR Indoor Electric Festival, has remained my favorite RC event—indoor or outdoor—to attend! Terry Nitsch and his crew do a wonderful job of organizing and running this event each year and the 2013 event was one of the best yet.

Micro RC models have been a part of the Northeast Electric Aircraft Technology (NEAT) Fair, held in Downsville, New York, since the first one took place more than 14 years ago. Back then, it was only a few of us flying our tiny airplanes for everyone to see.

The JR Indoor Electric Festival is on the top of my list of favorite indoor events to attend. Terry Nitsch and his crew do a wonderful job of organizing this first-class event. I am not sure how they pull it off, but it gets better every year!

THE JR INDOOR Electric Festival is a favorite event of mine. I
was still winding down from the NEAT (Northeast Electric
Aircraft Technology) Fair and the Keystone Electric Indoor Fly,
so I was not sure that I would make it to the 2009 JR event in
November.
