develop. Available programs include Flying
Site Grants, Take off And Grow (TAG), the
Intro-Pilot Program, Park Pilot Program,
Club Recognition Program, Scholarship
Programs, and the Leader Club Program.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
Another year is almost in the books and I
want to thank our associate vice presidents
(AVPs), district webmaster, contest
coordinators, safety coordinator, frequency
coordinator, and contest board members. We
are all AMA volunteers and without your
help, we wouldn’t be able to function

WHEN AMA’S Education Director Bill
Pritchett and I were asked to attend Science
Day at Ridgewood High School in New
Jersey, on March 11, we couldn’t say no.
The theme was flight! This was an offshoot
of our attendance at the New Jersey Science
and Engineering festival last fall.
