District VII
**Hello, District VII members!** As warm weather arrives, I’m excited for a summer of flying and sharing stories with you all. Congratulations to the Milan Flyers, Jackson Radio Control Club, Michiana Skyraiders, and Western Michigan Radio Aircraft Flyers for receiving the Flying Site Improvement Grant. Also, kudos to the Calumet Flyers, Jackson Radio Control Club, Rock River Aeromodelers, and Shawano RC Flyers for the Take off And Grow Grant.
The Pontiac Miniature Aircraft Club held its 15th annual John’s Jet Jam on May 16, overcoming heavy rain and wind for a successful event. Thanks to John Hoover for his dedication to the hobby and to Kathy Taylor for the event photos.
