HELPING OUR CLUBS

AMA CLUBS play a huge role in the success of our hobby. They bring aeromodeling to our communities and teach many to fly and to be successful on their aviation journey. It is important that clubs live long and prosper.
AMA clubs play a huge role in the success of our hobby. They bring aeromodeling to our communities and teach many to fly and to be successful on their aviation journey.
Whenever possible, I like to publish articles that might be of benefit to our clubs. In this issue, Grant Schulte, the president of the Omahawks R/C Inc. airplane club, is back to share tips on how clubs can be successful.

Beyond occasional club-related feature articles and other parts of the magazine where club topics might be discussed, I have been considering adding a “Clubs” column to the magazine. I envision this column having two or more contributors, with a focus on topics that will help clubs be successful.
Please take a moment and reach out to me if you think that it would be beneficial to have a dedicated column for this type of content appearing regularly in Model Aviation.
